Transactional Emails

The Transactional Email feature is located under Administration > Transactional Emails and their purpose is to allow customization of Email Templates for notifications such as: Forgot Password Assistance, New Orders, Cancellation Request.

The email templates support HTML content and CSS styling as well as dynamic variables such as Store Name, Contact Address, URL, Contact Name, etc.
