Error Codes from Carrier - UPS
UPS error: Missing or invalid Shipper AttentionName (Request ID XXXYYY)

This error occurs with international shipments which UPS requires a shipper contact name for. This can be resolved by updating your ShipStream configuratiosn as follows:
- Navigate to System > Configurationand select Shipping Settings from the left menu in the Sales category.
- Expand the **Shipper Contact (International)**item to show current Shipper Contact settings.
- If Person Name Type is set to "Inherit from Shipper Contact (Domestic)" then either confirm that Shipper Contact (Domestic) is not set to "none" or click the dropdown and select "Specify" to enter a name in the Person Name field that appears.
- Re-attempt to complete your shipment.
