Email System

The email features are located under System > Email and have the following configurable features:

Email Templates are configured separately, under Admin > Transactional Emails.

Send Test Email

Modify or send test email info:

• Store View - Select a Store View to send email as.
• From- Select a pre-configured Email Contact
• To Address - Select the recipient email address
• Body- Customize the email body with HTML support.

Email Archive

Email Templates

The Transactional Email feature is located under Admin > Transactional Emails. Its purpose is to allow customization of Email Templates for notifications such as Forgot Password Assistance, New Orders and Cancellation Request.

The email templates support HTML content and CSS styling as well as dynamic variables such as Store Name, Contact Address, URL and Contact Name.
